The Poor Photographer

Im thinking of changing my screen name from The Avid Photographer to The Poor Photographer!

It seems to me I just don’t have enough in my photography arsenal to keep me happy!  But here is a quick rundown of what Im looking to purchase this coming year: Speed lites-I would love to do some outdoor modeling shoots just to get outside and shoot! Ive seen quite a few modeling shots and look past the actual model and decipher the lighting angles and how many lights made the photo. 10-22mm Wide Angle Lens-Ive seen quite a bit of landscape photos in the books Ive been reading lately and would love to invest in this wide angle lens, I think its quite versatile but a bit pricey; the one Ive seen is about $650.  More backdrops– Although the backdrop that I do have is reversible, I would like to be more versatile an invest in a couple of more reversible backdrops.

Obviously there is so much more thats on the list but Id be here all day writing about it; the point is, I like to keep my photography exciting and love to learn new techniques.  Over the past couple days the weather hasn’t been the best so I played on computer.  The posted photos are quite basic. However I like to sit and keep myself familiar with photoshop and perhaps learn a new trick or discover new ways of doing things. I actually came up with a great idea for a Multiplicity Photo project that has been put on the back burner until the weather gets a bit warmer since it has to be done outside.  Once I get it done, Ill post it.
